Thanks!
ОтветитьOnce again, a tricky concept made simple to understand in a hugely entertaining fashion and always demonstrated with kindness and the delighted air of "passing over" knowledge.
You're a real gem Margot.
❤❤❤
ОтветитьMargot,
Thank you again for such a wonderful video. You are truly a gifted teacher.
Warm Regards,
Martina
I didn’t know that you moonlight as a arcade game character!
Ответить❤❤❤thank you for sharing this explanation! I finally got it! Can’t wait to paint tomorrow! 😊
ОтветитьYou are a delight. Your video production is amazing and you impart so much wisdom…I only you wish you were an oil painter because that’s my primary medium. Still, I try to extrapolate some of your ideas to oil. If you have any videos that you think would be helpful to an oil painter, I’d be grateful to hear about them.
ОтветитьI love that you actually teach. I saw a video about flowers centers and it solved a huge problem for me. I can draw a flower now.
ОтветитьThis was a huge help! Thanks!
ОтветитьInteresting tools. I have honestly never thought about moving that drop of paint in one direction. I might be doing it anyway without thinking about it but whether I have been doing it before now or not I will make a conscious effort to do it that way. I already wait for the first layer to dry completely before adding another but I am surprised to see so many people just add another wet layer on top of a still wet layer. Good point for those who don’t do this. I enjoy watching your videos. I learn something most every time. Plus I like seeing your work. Very well done.
ОтветитьThis was very helpful.
Explain it to me like I’m a four year old! Seriously, that’s how it should be done!
What a captivating visual presentation! I found it simultaneously stimulating and enlightening. I ardently anticipate the perpetuation of your creative endeavors in this vein. Admirable work, indeed!
ОтветитьGosh, this is such a fundamental NO DUH makes-sense explanation, I am so glad I just subscribed to your channel last week. I cannot tell you how many watercolor classes I've taken and YT videos I've watched over the years and finally gave up on watercolor painting, as I could never control the medium. Not once did I ever hear anyone offer these "why it acts that way" explanations, else maybe I'd have had a completely different experience. What a great teacher you are, I look forward to watching your channel as I try getting back into art-making this year! Thanks for the "why it works," now I kinda get it. DUH.
ОтветитьI still have a bad habit, when laying down a big flat wash, of mixing enough of the desired hue...sigh...
ОтветитьGreat video, great tutorial, and good job on the advertisement too!
ОтветитьThank you so much Margot!!!
You are a wonderful teacher and inspiration 🎨 🖼
So instructive. Thank you.
ОтветитьThree video's in and I am smitten ❤❤
ОтветитьBrilliant! Thank you for sharing this! It's what I have been missing!
ОтветитьThank you for telling us things no other channel tells us!! ❤❤❤
ОтветитьLoving your videos!! Thanks a lot
ОтветитьGreat video describing the flow of water. Thank you.
ОтветитьMargot, Thank you again for sharing your insight, talent and experience. Always a joy to listen and watch. ❤
ОтветитьIm so glad i found your videos! Im new to watercolor, and your videos are teaching me so much!! Thank you! Following~ ❤
ОтветитьI can't believe this never occurred to me. Thank you so much Margot! BTW, I love the way you create a "show" with your videos.

Très chère Margot 🌸🌱✨ I Just recently discovered your channel and I am over the moon! Your unique approach to teaching is soooo uplifting and engaging. Not to mention all the beauty you share. Thank you 🤗🙏🥰
ОтветитьGreat information ❤
ОтветитьI loved this video!
I would love a similar one about loading the brush.
The unsaid things in beginner videos are very frustrating, but more importantly the super simple art these tutorials use make it had for my neurospicy brain to tune in when the explanations are also bland and nonspecific.
Thanks!
ОтветитьCool commercial for your sponsor using clickbait. Anyone with even a couple weeks of watercolor experience know this.
Ответитьfantastic! This makes so much sense!
ОтветитьI just love the way you teach Margot. You are so good at explaining things. I love your content
ОтветитьI love this video, it has helped me to understand waterflow better!! Your videos are elegant, Informative, fun with excellent production and I look forward to watching them.😍🌺
ОтветитьThis is fantastic. You managed to create another video about watercolor that isn’t just another video about watercolor. I have not heard it explained. People tell you what to do, but not really the why of how to manage the water. And the style of this video is very engaging.
ОтветитьHey there!😊 I'm new to your channel. I've just started watching your videos and I'm amazed at how confident I'm feeling because of you! You even showed how we can end the painting by taking off the remaining paint droplets at the end.😇 I must say your practical knowledge and sense of humour is brilliant!🔥 I've been looking for videos that teach methods with explanations but most of them only show how to do what. Thank you and stay blessed!
ОтветитьAwesome explanation and visual….so helpful for me to practice..
Ответитьclapping x 1000 - awesome!
ОтветитьGirl… professional, funny, but the best part is excellent teaching. You are awesome!!
ОтветитьYou’re right, no one else (who I’ve watched) has mentioned this directional process. Thank you!!
ОтветитьThanks a lot! ❤
ОтветитьOh. 😳
Now it makes sense. Thank you so much, you explained it so well! Also, I adore the creativity of this video, thank you for that extra effort to add fun into your lesson.
People who can make learning explicit, clear, and fun where others just state "it comes with practice" are the true heroes (and I'm 100% serious here).
very basic but perhaps it helps others 😊
ОтветитьThis was helpful. ❤ Thank you.
ОтветитьDAAAAANNNGGG! So helpful! And entertaining! Cheers.
ОтветитьAs someone who always struggles with water control, this was such a big help! I got a question, does the type of paper (e.g. cold/hot press) make a difference at all?
