Since when a police officer is allowed to do a terry pat down frisk, because of an illegally parked vehicle?

Cop's PERSONAL VEHICLE ?. How much had he paid for it I wonder. I also wonder what excuse they will come up with next to justify killing a thousand plus citizens in the course of their duties. . Ten officers, twenty, killed while on duty ???. "He looked at my car, so I shot him ". ????. F***king hell, how this world has gone downhill since the police forces came into existence.

"OFFICER" Hathorn, squirming like a fish on a hook. Doesn't remember much, gets confused, lied on his report,and expects us to have faith in him as an officer. I wouldn't trust him to clean toilets because he would have a non answer as to why the toilet bowl was still filthy.

I love it when lawyers ask questions to Cops that cannot yell at back at them or try to assert their supposed authority. It’s great when the cops finally have to tell the truth. They squirm almost like they are a demon being bathed in holy water.

The “detective" at the end deserves to be demoted to traffic duty. She doesn’t know what elements of a crime are, but knows he committed a crime. This is a scary dept.

When he says police officers being killed is because people are protecting themselves from police carrying out criminal activities against them.

It's the blue line ego. This condition must be addressed. We have civil liberties that must be considered when a cop confronts someone. Yes I used the word "Confront" because that's what happens now when contacted by cops.

Officer Hathorn is dumber than a box of rocks. And it is scary to know he is patrolling the streets in the United States with a gun and badge and powers of arrest.

Cops that don’t know the law and Cops that don’t want to know the law are a liability. Maybe, they shouldn’t have been hired in the first place.

This officer is slow, like really slow. Must be a DEI hire, not sure how he passed 12th grade because in my opinion 8th grade would have been a struggle for him to pass. No child left behind failed him. 12 years as a police officer, no way he had a degree in criminal justice. The system has failed this officer and this officer has failed during the 12 year career.

Detention is the noun for detain, you know that right? Yes. I am willing to bet the officer doesn’t even know what a noun is hahahaha.

I will never understand how these cops do NOT understand that these depositions will be seen by a Judge and jury, and answering questions in the manner they are makes them look like absolute shit.

Nothing is “simple as that” to this officer because he does not have the intelligence to understand the lies that he’s supposed to uphold. Incredible that they think anyone walking near a car that may be parked illegally is subject to search.
