The jury was just asking for clarification on the verdict form when they sent in the 4th question. It's ridiculous that the judge wouldn't answer it.

Jurors: please send a message to the courts and legislators that their failure to provide clarity to the verdict form will result in acquittal. Acquittal sends the best message all around. Unfortunately, the court doesn’t seem to care if confusion sends an innocent person to jail, but only if it prevents conviction

I was enjoying your stream until your brother began to show extreme hostility, sarcasm and smug comments toward your audience by seemingly threatening people who speak with opposing views to his own, regarding differing beliefs of the defendant in this case. That is utterly biased and intimidating to viewers and considering the extensive scope of public actions and social media opinions, it simply portrays as a bullying tactic. He should go watch a couple Turtleboy streams to determine if that fits with his opinion. He should be ashamed of himself.

Isn't it the judge's obligated to answer the jury on the fourth question also ⁉️

Answer to "Why is this Court so pathetic?" Please confirm, due to your experience with a Client known by the FBI to be innocent, having the evidence, yet the Juror still convicted with Guilty.

1) Those FBI Agents said that because the Jury convicted, their hands were tied? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? This leads me to conclude:

1) The FBI Investigation found Karen did not hit John, which means the Common Wealth needs Karen to be found GUILTY; so that no further charges can be made. Why?

2) The Commonwealth is defending the actual Guilty person (s) for many reasons then:

a) Personal loyalties to family friends (which the Defense has made record of, being denied their Motion for this Judge to be removed from the Case).

b) The Commonwealth favors John's family, who would rather shield the actual Offender(s). They hated Karen. If she was not in his life, they'd still have John. Lastly》

c) The Boston & Canton Police, plus the ATF don't want there Officials charged.
And along with the Judge, they want the family of John to win their Civil Suit against Karen.
