A few Facts about Diana : she was abused and abandoned as a child by her birth mother.....wouldn't or couldn't speak.....spent early years in a Russian orphanage.....her adoptive Mum provided voice & singing lessons to help Diana overcome her trauma......musically, Diana is a Contralto, the lowest female vocal range, she is polyphonic (can produce multiple tones/notes simultaneously) and can interpret any musical genre in several languages........

Greetings from Scotland! When Diana sings emotional, you feel every emotion, when Diana sings happy, the sun shines...... She has the key to the soul of her listeners!

I also love how she mixes yodeling in with all of her songs. Right at the end of the last belting section, she delicately yodels up an octave (and then comes back down on the repeat). It's so soft (relative to the pounding background drums) that a lot of reactors don't even catch that tiny detail. The judge who was staring at her, near the end, must've been thinking, "How does a 15-year-old girl sing with such sophistication?"
