ILLUSTRATIVE VIDEO CLIP: How Much Work Is There To Do?
.
Q: How much work are heralds, especially your most senior heralds, required to do? is the job easy or demanding?
.
A: That depends at which stage of The Herald Institute's work you are talking about.
.
You see, to repair a Broken Country, especially one that has been broken across its entire history, takes four to six generations to complete--two for unmistakable results to start to be visible, another two for the new paradigm to be established, and a further two for it to be self-sustaining.
.
Heralds living in that country at Stage III--at the 5th, 6th and later generations since the repair work has begun--can be like the Maytag repairmen in this video clip. They need only have the requisite skills, but watch and wait until further repair work or some adjustments are needed; otherwise, they sit and wait.
.
Alas, Heralds living before then--especially Founding Heralds who need to
1. found the organization;
2. build the organization from scratch; and,
3. run the operations literally 24/7
have much much much more work to do.
