Read Steal like an Artist if you want to know more about copying, so apparantly you will find your own style after copying your idol or somone who you admire dont just copy their work copy their thinking pattern what book they read how they research etc.. this definitely works because our brain is not similar everybody thinks differently :)

This is a great way to start! When I began design school, I was given the assignment to create a font using Illustrator's pen tool. A lot of other students were haphazardly creating shapes just to get the job done. I decided that I really wanted to learn how to use the pen tool, so I hand traced every character of the Palatino typeface. It was so good that I got a low grade because my professor thought I had just used the outline font command! I didn't fight him on it much because what I had learned was WAY more valuable than the grade on that assignment!

Thanks to you to give a logic as why we should copy. As I get very overwhelmed when I am given to make a design.

Almost like Learning backward. It is very beneficial if its possible without causing a problem.

I too have done that for whatever designs that stand out for me in my eyes. That way I take steps back and think of appropriate solutions till I am ready enough to play around with colors, lines, text and other design elements.
