Just imagine how annoying that is.
The brain is always extremely malleable no matter what age. It does not stop to any degree after 25. Stop eating junk, protect your microbiome so you can form your neurotransmitters in your gut, eat protein and fat, and you will be good.

ОтветитьWhat happens if you don't have access to rest and deep sleep on a regular basis until age 25? I've got adhd and have chronic insomnia as a result (yes, i've done all the medical stuff to try and help already) and i've spent my whole life sleeping terribly, and at times not sleeping at all. Will this have impacted my development and potentially stunted my brain functionality? Because now i'm concerned 😰😖
