Fantastic build. Very detailed. I'd like to see a beginner series. I played the game for a few hours. I like it but find it very difficult.
ОтветитьThat's a real city in Brazil. Great to see that :) And you said right the Guaíba
ОтветитьI love your videos and you helped me alot with your tutorials thank you!
ОтветитьDid you ever try Factorio?
ОтветитьThe city I've born in a Workers and Resources simulation, that's awesome! It's pretty accurate, the names he/she used are the same we have in Porto Alegre + some nearby cities.
ОтветитьElessar friend, and a citizen of and born in Porto Alegre here. The most surprising thing is that he did this on his PC while running at very low fps. The guy is really, really dedicated to his work. And this map was custom made by him, using the real rivers around the real Porto Alegre metropolitan area. Which means "Happy Harbour" in Portuguese.
ОтветитьIncredible build, great work to the creator. These are so inspirational!
Ответитьabsolutely love those videos. gives a lot of inspiration to play the game.
ОтветитьJust don't tell me you abandoned the series :(
ОтветитьGotta give it to ya bballjo. I loved the aircraft production facility, but that quarry is a beautiful example of functionality and creativity!
Ответитьwow, the capital of my state in Brazil ! NOICE
ОтветитьMan, it's awesome to see such an amazing map by a Brazilian getting a highlight. Amazing job!
ОтветитьHow is he efficiently getting the workers to the industry though? E.g. to the woodworking offices? That is what I struggle with a lot if time. How many hours can workers be on the road intil it gets inefficient?
ОтветитьOur republic requires industries to plant trees. Good for image.
ОтветитьDie geschlängelte Straße :D
Well Built & Video I find the airplane construction the best. With the test flight path
The final ride was just a little short
great map. i played 2 times, almost 2 years. i make some changes and make more green land. but this bay is fantastic. i build large bridges over it near first city😊
Ответитьl'hai fatta tu?
ОтветитьThe locations names are funny in portuguese.
ОтветитьHi! Elessar here. Thanks for the comments! I thought i might add some info for context:
1) Two ideas that gave rise to this map were: I wanted to make a map of my homecity and i wanted a good challenge. So i drawn the coal and iron deposits in completely opposite sides. So the coal makes a big journey train > ships > big train to the steel mill. You can see this in other resources: bauxite is mined in one corner and transported by ship to other location. With that i want to give a "republic feel" to the map.
2) All industries run close to 100%.
3) Only imports are some chemichals and liquid fertilizer, the other stuff that shows there are most likely due to some autobuild i had to make to adapt the save to the waste update. Some water plants has some downtime of workers, making the autobuy tik.
4) Slaughterhouse is maxed out. The warehouse-like buildings in that harbour are actually several meat storages (a mod that i made).
5) Cargo airport is set to export tank by plane, thought i think at this time i need the vehicle factory to make waste trucks.
6) The Alpine touristic city already has a metro and will be expanded in the areas where i drew the roads.
7) Almost all water is taken from the river, not wells.
8) I used a lot of helicopter lines to staff firestations and help with construction.
9) Most buildings were built with offices except the start buildings, bug fixes, electrical fixes, some prettyfying and other critical things. Water had to be built by autobuild as well otherwise everyone would die as the update dropped.
