It's a little challenging to understand you when you shift your vocal inflections so much. I like your channel because you're always the first one to talk about new card releases, but trying to interpret your accent is really tough.

I love cards like this but it’s the same issue I have with most really good Yugioh cards that this is obviously a blue-eyes card…..but it summoning conditioning isn’t that hard so it can be used in a large about of decks, at least make it a little harder to summon so I’m not seeing it outside of blue eyes decks

I'm sorry but this should have gone to Red-Eyes. Something about its effect fits Joey well.
Also, Dark Ruler or any effect like it is needed much earlier in the turn, not after you're already conducting an Xyz Summon.

Also visually Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon has much better artwork than this, you don't want it to be too fancy.
