Hi Marrow, on the cervical extensor exercise on the four point kneeling position for the three sets of 10, 1-2X per day, is that looking to right 5 times on each hand or 10 on each hand? Long time CGD sufferer for 12+ years so would like to try these out for a while.

Do the use of muscle relaxers (Supplements or Pharmaceutical) help at all along with strengthening ? Also is it possible to have some sound sensitivity with this condition?

Hi Marrow, please clarify if a set involves 5 times each looking to the right/left or 10 times each when working up to 3 sets of 10, 1-2X per day with Lateral Gaze in four point position on the knees.
