I would want to see Mazda next. Less popular than Honda Toyota so maybe they would be more responsive.
Ответитьtoyota lost me years ago with their arrogance. mazda and subaru were more reasonable.
ОтветитьLexus TX and GX please and thank you.
ОтветитьCan't buy a Toyota because of these bogus accessory fees
ОтветитьWould be amazing to see a Lexus TX 500h F Sport Performance as an example. So glad I found your channel, instant subscribe. Thank you for empowering us
ОтветитьDealerships DO NoT CARe they want to screw your warm body to sit for hours at the dealership to debate argue over - over priced vehicles give you a higher interest rate with a $250-500 discount, added junk services you don’t want but they won’t remove, the days of friendly service is now fake and two faced 😮, plus dealerships are mad cause they thought during the beginning Covid to now they can only charge people more, when people’s wages and the cost of inflation they are oblivious to reality, I hope all dealerships go out of business and each consumer can build a vehicle plus tax and no other dealership crap Fees, junk services, nitro BS tires.
ОтветитьDo hyundai. We almost bought one
ОтветитьWhen I've tried over the years, about 50% would respond, but every response wanted me to call or come in to talk about it. When I explained I had a 500 mile search radius and didn't mind driving, but would not drive without some idea of the kind of deal offered, every one of them still wanted me to drive or call first. Selling on the Internet is a nice idea, but it' just an extension of the salesmen walking the dealership lot.
ОтветитьDo you work with Canadian buyers or are your car edge paperwork only pertinent to the US markets. Thanks
ОтветитьToyota has god like status here in Canada. Customer are lining up to buy their vehicles no matter what. Even with all these new issues with their new trucks, it’s hard to negotiate with any Toyota dealer. You just have to pay sticker price or walk away.
ОтветитьCan you guys try this with Cadillac?
ОтветитьI am in their lot right now. 👊🏻👊🏻
ОтветитьWhat's a good target price for a 2024 Rav4 LE (gas)? Or what 2024 model do you think is the best deal on a budget right now? Open to XLE/XLE premium if it means a better deal. Looking for good dealers near chicago or st louis for my brother
ОтветитьI’m interested in buy a 2025 Toyota Camry LE with no added options. I’m asking point blank , what is the most discount I can get without paying more than a $300 doc fee and without any other fees? Thank you
ОтветитьNew Question # 2 ?
What's going to happen when the people who have to leave because of Trump's deportation plan decide to take the vehicles they haven't paid off yet and just drive them south over the border were the US banks & finance companies can't reach them?
💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸
Not Surprised!! I have been on numerous new car lots, browse around and it’s very nice weather and I have had nobody come out and even try and help me. And I am talking numerous dealerships.
ОтветитьMe and my wife contacted multiple Toyota dealers in Houston by email and tried to find the best deal on a RAV4 LE, once we got the best 5 options we went back and forth with them through text messages until we found the best 2. We went on the first one and spent a little bit more then 4 hours negotiating and we got them to beat the best price we had but at the end we walked out and said we were hungry and had to spend some time to talk about it. We went on the second one and started to negotiate as well, we spent about another hour and half and they did beat the best price we had on the first one by $400, but on this mid time we got a text message from the first place saying they found a cupom code for 2 grand extra discount, so we went back and they right away showed us the OTD price, we went from a inicial $32,300 MSRP plus add ons like Windows tint, paint protection, premium carpet, frameless homelink mirror, rear cargo organizer, body side molding,etc... getting a total of 43k+TTL to a 31,800 with all taxes and fees already included, a "discount" over 10k and they didn't remove any of the add ons, they kept every single item. That was below of what I was expecting to pay on the beginning, so after all that I told the guy "great, now that I know what you can do, if you do the same thing on a new Corolla with the same add ons for my wife I'll walk out with both cars" So they did the same and we got them both, 23,300 OTD price for the Corolla and 31,800 OTD price for the RAV4. Comparing the original price they would sell both cars we saved over 20 thousand dollars
ОтветитьLucky American people getting discounts on Toyota. In Canada, when one ask for a discount, dealers say to thank them that they are not overcharging you. Quite unethical
ОтветитьTry Audi!
ОтветитьAcura
ОтветитьDo Lexus next please.
ОтветитьDoes it really coming down to find a needle in a haystack (a deal?). My last 2 cars (Honda Accords ) I bought via Consumer Reports and their dealers' network (the ones willing to participate). True, there are many less dealers willing to participate in this now, as compared to 5 yrs ago - but there are. And the quotes for Accord/CR-V, and Camry are coming below MSRP. Worth checking.
ОтветитьOoooo, what about Infinity, they’re drowning in inventory
ОтветитьHi! It would be interesting to query Lexus and Acura dealers for an out-the-door price. Thank you for sharing great information!
ОтветитьToyota dealer offered me $9,000 for a 2016 Toyota Venza, XLE AWD. I laughed and walked out. Sold it on FB MARKETPLACE for $13k, which is still a good deal. Toyota said they’d list it at $16,500 in the used lot. Fort Worth Texas
ОтветитьDo you think the results would be different if you were shopping for a hybrid? I suspect it would make a significant difference.
ОтветитьWere juicy hidding his booty pants bud
Ответитьyes but you still have to get the car add that in
ОтветитьKia would be a great brand to try next.
1. Kia
2. Honda
3. BMW
I emailed a Toyo dealer in central AR. The dealer would not give an OTD price, but the next day, an email said they would take 1k off and give me an aggressive trade-in amount for my vehicle.
ОтветитьThis is a good strategy for introverts or people that detest negotiating.
ОтветитьBack in January, using Car Edge, I looked at the Toyota RAV 4, Honda CRV, and Mazda CX-5. I was looking at left over 2023 models. The Toyota dealers (I went to three) the best price I could get was $4000 over MSRP! At Honda, the best price I could get was just $100 over MSRP. At Mazda, I could buy one at MSRP. I looked at slightly used Mazdas with 3000 miles on them - and found two on CarEdge in the neighboring state of NY 20 miles apart for $30,000 and $36,000. I liked the $36,000 car better (the MSRP new was $39K) and went there first. The difference between the two cars was the color - nothing else. Showed them the price at the dealership 20 miles away and they immediately cut the price to $30,050. Car Edge saved me $5950! Thank you for that! I have been telling others about your website it is phenomenal.
ОтветитьWe were out shopping for a Honda cry hybrid and stopped in our tracks with the added fees for accessories pkgs. pkgs we didn’t want. Dealer then said they wouldn’t charge for added pkg but that really, isn’t a deal is it? Car buying has gotten so complicated these days. Still haven’t bought anything
Ответитьonly 2300 off and it's almost 2025, Toyota is a status symbol
ОтветитьI am not paying Toyota tax. I will let market correct. I will ride with my nice 2021 Honda CRV that I got a discount of 13% for $3500. When I purchased my Honda in 2021, Toyota dealers back then were not ready to budge and I didn’t care too.
ОтветитьDo BMW X3 that just came out.
ОтветитьComments look so fake. Are you buying comment bots? Same text format all they use.
ОтветитьLexus tx350 :D
ОтветитьGreat vid. Can you do this for the Kia Tulluride next.
ОтветитьLexus
ОтветитьHow about Mazda and Lexus or BMW
ОтветитьIs your father's name DAD or are you reminding yourself he's your dad?
ОтветитьWas looking forward to the spreadsheet difference like in the Ford email video. ❤
ОтветитьI just bought a 2024 Prius. It was extremely difficult to get any dealer to discuss price over email or text. Only one was willing, and they didn’t have the options I wanted available.
ОтветитьI'm actually thinking about buying an Audi A7. That's not one of their top sellers so it might be interesting to see what you can find out. One thing to keep in mind is Audi supports a 6% discount via the Audi Club but I'm not sure all dealers do.
ОтветитьDo Lexus plzzzz
Considering NX or RX!
It’s the entire American industry like that not only auto dealerships. You will be surprised how people in other countries can find right away out the door prices or prices to other goods not only vehicles. Salesmen here always playing games. They want to find out how much money you have in your pockets and give you a price convenient to them. In other countries, you just go and ask two simple questions how much it costs and can you do a lower price? People don’t go around they go straight to the point. If not, turn around and leave.
ОтветитьPlease do BMW and Porsche
ОтветитьI've been working in getting prices from Toyota and Kia and don't see days on the lot listed
Ответить
