Wanda does not have to be undone, she would simply be a darker more powerful version. Think, Illyana Rasputin, becomes Mistress of Limbo, Queen of a host of demons and lost souls, and let’s not forget she manipulated Legion to destroy the Elder Gods. While she is her own person, she has never lost control to destroy reality. I would like to think Wanda just finally mastered Chthonic cause the more he messed with her, the more she knew how to defeat him.

Wanda's main weakness was her unstable mentality. But after she absorbed Chthon, she is now mentally stable. Chthon can't use Wanda's emotions to control her anymore.

This puts scarlet witch on a whole other level. We are talking about how chnthon’s very presence to eternity was poisoning him (Chnthon is literally an elder god). When Dr. Doom has the power gain access to the life force he was on the same power scale as the beyonder who is actually suppose to be as powerful or maybe even more powerful than the living tribunal. Now wanda has control and access to that life force plus 100% of chaos magic plus she’s a nexus being plus her witch abilities. The goddess of chaos is immensely powerful now we are talking omnipotent and Nigh-Omniscient (now that she is the true dark hold she has billions of years of knowledge). She can definitely take on celestials at this point as the beyonder was able to kill celestials with ease.

So...she'll be a total villain now.
