Start your day off with a coffee or a tea (whatever your favorite morning beverage may be) and some of the best morning stretches to promote energy and blood flow. Get your mind in a good space, set an intension for the day and let the day unfold accordingly. With a smile on our face and the mind and body happy, it's sure to be a good day! Also, a great cool down session after a workout!
