Thanks for putting this out there. I couldn't agree more with these great five tips. My favourite or number two and number five. Having watched my mother go through PD before I was diagnosed, I wish someone had told her these tips.

Thanks Jennifer! I am in the diagnostic process. Have received an abnormal DaTscan and am awaiting a second opinion at Mayo in MN. I'm 40. I was wondering about something you mentioned in another video about a night time hand tremor you had early on. Or I guess just looking for a relatable experience... I am having a tremor in my left pinky finger at night that wakes me up often as it flutters into my ring finger, and then it fades away as I come into waking consciousness. Does this sound like the tremor you had? Did it develop into a daytime tremor? It's just so strange how it comes and goes. Wondering if this is common. Thanks for any thoughts you might have.

Thank you, Jennifer, for this wonderful video. I just received my diagnosis of Parkinson's disease 3 days ago and, even though I was pretty sure I had it, it took 8 months to finally be seen by a neurologist. As long as I had a hypothetical diagnosis, I could hide from this new reality. Your video has come at the perfect time with the exact information that I need going forward. I'm so grateful that you shared your wisdom and advice.
