Might be a dumb question but do you have a tutorial on how you make your text come out and to the forefront like that? And possibly what font is used?

Hi, I’m trying to recreate this. Got AE and Red Giant, however I can’t make it work on macOS. Is there any way that I can buy this effect? I want to use it for Final Cut Pro. Thanks
