Almost Perfect! Monster High (G3) Jinafire Long Doll Review!

I love her face ! That's what grabs my attention right away. Yep, I'm one of them who has pre-ordered her, but have the End of Nov to Jan date. But if I see her anywhere else before then, I'll get her, cause I'm impatient.

You’re not wrong. She’s beautiful, but the new G3 face sculpts look very same-y and safe compared to G1. Also, Mattel cheaped out on not scaling her whole body. G1 would never.

The box is still hideous they need to change it up it's so clashy, never reaching the level of G1 box presentation.
She definitely needs more scales, these dolls are looking less and less like Monsters which is weird because I thought we were starting off on the right track like having Duece be green and not human skin tone.
Other than that, i'm so happy the fabrics are more elevated. No weird vinyl/pleather clothing, cheap looking raw edges etc.

I kinda miss her old facesculpt, I feel like the new one is super flat. They avoid giving them stronger features and give them upturned noses instead. I hate the new pets. I wish she had her old eyebrows and the body was fully scaled

I love the dog because i used to have a pekinese [spelling] when i was a kid, which were bred to look like them and at one point until British occupation wete only allowed to be owned by the royal family. They are lion dogs because basically travelers saw lions and decided they were sacred but clearly could not just easily obtain one. They decided to breed dogs to be little lions.

At least that's what i had been told.

the small mannequin is actually a thing real designers use! we use a tiny model to help make patterns and see how things might look, it helps save time and materials!
