In Europe, restaurant service is always good. We are humans, we have expectations even when ur not paid extra, that said any good restaurant will have good server.

Tip culture should not exist because it is greedy and toxic. If employees are getting adequately paid by the companies they work for, they wouldn't need tips. Work culture would be more supportive and positive. Instead, that expectation is put onto the consumer. Thereby hurting the consumer and the employee. Pay people a living wage.

Not really, the difference is that in Europe in most countries they do not need tips because they are paid a living wage. Also the service isn't shitty anywhere tbh

That is completely false. I can guarantee that it is not about the continent but rather the Restaurant.

Dude,its tottaly sideways,i went to america and the service is so shit it makes you go ,for other customers to come.And they keep asking you from 20 to 20 mins if you need Something just to get you out.And dont let me think about the tip they always put on the paycheck,that is hillarious.shame on America's restaurants
