Mn82 is probably the best budget RC I recommend, although the only downside for me is the leaf spring. It would’ve been better with a 4 link

You have an older C54, the newest one has dual rate for steering and throttle.

Nice video, the MN82 is not 1/12 like they advertise it is 1/14 the C54 not shure but looks closer to 1/14

No comparison. I've had to replace every drivetrain component on the C54 to even try to hang with the MN82 with sticky tires offroad. One is indestructible and the other is a cool looking money pit.

Nice! Is the transmission of the C24/54 more robust or at least equal to the MN82/99?

Awesome video. Have both these rc cars. Purchased the MN82 a couple of weeks back. So far, have found the MN82 a little more capable of handling forest offroading.

Overall, both are good cars.

fun fact: the gear on the motor on WPL C54-1 was placed in the wrong place from factory. you could fix it from taking apart the gearbox and move the gear to the correct place
