1) are you still using it?
2) what do you think of the performance after 3 month of use?
3) can the water tank fill with mop liquid mix with water or it'll damage the vacuum? (need the floor smell nice as well)

ОтветитьThe current firmware of the S10+ (4.3.3_1305) is not able to manage multiple cards. If a different environment than the first map is detected, the device tries to create a second map and thus overwrites the first map.
Consequence: No time-controlled cleaning without a card. A replacement device has the same error.
i.e. It is actually only possible to clean one floor. Simply attempting to clean a second one results in data loss and a complete reinstallation. I don't know if Dreame's S10 clones are also affected by this. I now have the third S10+ within 4 months and despite several requests there is no support from Xiaomi support.
I am not able to connect my phone to the device. Any suggestions?

ОтветитьI did not get something about carpets. When you vacuum and mop and when reaching a carpet can the robot rise the mop and vacuum the carpet only? If not it is not OK for carpets

ОтветитьTo anyone interested in buying any Xaoimi Robot Vaccum with a mop, don't do it. We bought pur S10+ robot vacuum mop directly from the Xaoimi store in Sandton City. Took it home, and it didn't dispense water properly from the start.. We researched it online. MANY people all over the world have the same issue with the water tank not dispensing water to the pads. There are even poor reviews on Hello Peter. (Our mistake for not looking for the negative reviews) some people are on their 3rd replacement machine already. The guy in the store fought us on the fact that he has never heard of any of their robot vacuums having issues.
We bought the robot vacuum on the 21st of September 2024 returned it today (3 weeks later) in th hope that we get our money back. The store is not willing to refund us because we didn't bring the product back in 7 days of purchasing, they will send it in for repairs first. If it cannot be repaired they will replace it. There is no alternative other than to send it for repair and hope it works. This is a design flaw in the product. When tested in the shop, they confirmed water was not dispensing. The machine was not broken due to our negligence or abuse to the machine.
