creatine itself doesnt damage the kidney it's effect i.e drawing water into the muscle cell .. does
so to compensate that you need to drink more water than usual as low water level can lead to load on kidney therefore associated with kidney fail
basically you are prone to damage kidney even if you drink less water without kidney .. it is not like you are taking creatine that's why creatine will damage kidney
Naturally it is A very short time fuel for muscle.Onliy the first few seconds ..
