Carnival Victory Cruise ship has a roach problem and they have thieves on board. Wife completed a 5 day cruise with her friend from work. Someone that had access to her room stole her birth certificate marriage license and makeup. While dining in the buffet area wife spotted a cockroach during the day. Staff was notified. Both her friend and my wife will never go on a cruise again.
