Astral plain is the lowest heaven. From the 5 heavens. You should do your best to go higher. At least the 3 heaven (Spiritual realm).
And even better if can enter the 4, 5th heaven the so called: (christ / buddha realm) Nirvana / Gods kingdom, then you are completely free.

Astral , Causal, mental heavens are very low heavens near to earth (physical realm). and when your Merritt finish you must coma back again here.
You can not stay forever there. Its timely.

Why would we leave some astral world to live on earth? And if we forgot where we came from, how did we remember to follow some spiritual practice to get back? And why did some of us choose to live in this century and others to be prehistoric humans?

my only qualm is we are obviously here in material existence for a purpose. why try to look beyond the veil and long to return home in the astral world? Doesn't that defeat or weaken the purpose for us being in the physical world?

When paramahansa yogananda says God has also form he is the world itself. But my question is it will not limit the God ? Because in this world there are infinite limitations , changes or problems if the God is one with world then God is limited or finite 😭😢

I think I’ve seen it. I can’t wait to see it again in 1 or 1000 incarnations. It makes no difference, that I know my inevitable liberation is everything to me, I look at my wife and children and I know they are going too and I can hardly contain the joy. Every human has roughly the same brain size, the same number of neurons, and similar processing power. So why is there such a significant difference in personalities? The answer lies in how individuals utilize their mind's energy and processing capacity.

All life on Earth is programmed to prioritize survival, reproduction, and the continuation of its species. Humans are no exception. For the majority of people, approximately 95% of their brain power is dedicated to these three fundamental objectives. This evolutionary mechanism has been critical to sustaining life for billions of years.

Enlightenment comes from recognizing this pattern and understanding that we don’t need to allocate 95% of our mental energy to survival alone. By reducing this to 50%, we can redirect the remaining 50% toward creativity, growth, and self-fulfillment. With this newfound mental energy, you can master your profession, excel in personal relationships, and develop a deeper appreciation for life’s small joys. This balance unlocks the potential for an enriched, more fulfilling existence.

This video made me cry and strangely, it has a lot in comon (and core diferences offcourse) with the gnostic's philosophy that I am deeply connected with.

I don’t understand why we would choose to incarnate here if we then in turn, constantly try to connect with the AstroWorld, the place we just came from? Why don’t we just stay in the Astral world, instead of constantly longing for it here on earth? Just seems like a frustrating existence to constantly wanna connect with/remember where you just came from.

There are both the material and spiritual planetary systems. One is influenced by Time, the other is not. One requires the sun to see. The other does not. Some yogis use their material powers to transfer to other material planets where life is better. But bhakta yogis use devotion to enter the spiritual planetary system where life is eternal, full of bliss and knowledge. Chant Hare Krishna Hare Rama.

The is something "limited" even by this. There is more than the astral. I feel like that is the next place where certain souls get trapped. There is lower and higher astrals and most likely more higher relams. Getting to the astral while on earth is definitely an amazing feat and something we all can do when in true practice and free of physical and mental weight. What is needed to do in the astral Im yet to see.

As I am so ignorant of what is said in here I have a lot of questions. If we can visualise a state in our lives and are able to make it come true, why can't a guru imagine a world where children are not abused and do not suffer? In other words, is this possible?
