I wondered if you could make a video about the hook shot? It's my favorite post move and I think, a slept on move, yet super unguardable. I've done my own work over the years developing the hook and I'm curious how it may differ from your methods.

Yall have no idea how hard these drills are when your on a team because all it takes is one player not doing it right then everybody is at the baseline doing suicides and then restarting the drill again😂🚫
