What excites me is his ability to get to the players and one of the methods he has e used is to make every player as equally important to the team. That wasnt the case with Ten Hag. It was always Mainoo, Rashford, Bruno and Garnacho. Now the players know all ready that they are playing in the next game or two. To change players on the pitch just for the sake of it doesnt make any sense, but with Amorin he have managed to implement that you as a player are taking the next ones place and you need to perform as good as the starter. And thats what we saw in this game against Everton. He swapped out Ugarte for Mainoo and Zirkzee for Højlund even though they had a great game against Bodø Glimt. We can see them playing for each other and as a team. Your going to be surprised how good they will be compared to how they played under Ten Hag.

There are some real ballers at UTD who could really shine , I’m talking good technical players like AMAD, ZIRKZEE, MAINOO, MAZZA, others that have pace and power like RASHY and HOJLUND can still contribute hugely . The owners in effect let the fans - the loud and noisy ones who act like a herd - dictate their transfers and even their lineups. And this will be a disaster because fans are not the most knowledgeable or the wisest decision-makers, nor the best analysts of a club. Far from it - they make the WORSE decisions and have the most idiotic opinions more often than not - especially the most vocal fans. Sometimes they even scapegoat the better players and drive them away from the club, and they overrate and fanboy the mediocre players (eg Pogba) so these players stay on in the club even though they underperform. It creates a toxic environment at the club, and is most noticeable in the bigger clubs, though it exists in all clubs. Then the fans wonder why the club does so badly despite the club spending criminally big money during transfers. So the owners have to make a choice - bow down to the opinions of the fans and behave like a populist and commercial club, basing what should be purely sporting decisions on which player sells the most jerseys ... or be a sporting club, that makes winning on the football pitch the club's highest priority.
