had a taproom delay from this series for ages and it's been excellent, well worth the money
Ответить£29 Kings Quid for a Knees Up.......Mother Brown......
ОтветитьNever bothered with pedals until these super affordable ones came out. I have 6, only 1 I don't still use is the frothy head echo because I have a slotva. Love these pedal, might have to get the phaser and e.q
ОтветитьI would like you guys to be a little bit more honest sometimes. I can tell that Pete does not like every pedal. In old video's Rob would tell us when he did not like something but because of this you really believe it when you are impressed by a pedal or guitar. Now it gets difficult to differentiate products.
ОтветитьJeez you gave Pete a sound effect button to play with?? 🫣😂😂
ОтветитьI love more affordable pedals , who doesnt ? That EQ would be very useful , im going to order one later this week , so dont go jacking the prices 😂 the Fuzz sounds ace as well . Hell they all sound useable . A nice Reverb and Delay would be cool also .
ОтветитьOrdering the flanger NOW.
Ответитьwatering hole feels like tom morello could use it as an intro lmao
ОтветитьHolland and England went to war to each other a couple of times, some centuries ago, and so the English used Dutch (the enemy) as a derogatory or disqualifying adjective, like in Dutch treat, Dutch uncle, Dutch reckoning or Dutch widow.
ОтветитьThese seem really interesting, as I can get like 4 of these for the price of 1 regular pedal!
ОтветитьAnd to think I spent £35 to buy a Rocktek pedal 25 years ago.
ОтветитьMost overdrives sound exactly the same if we are honest lol Even if they don't sound the same, guitarists will EQ them into the sound they like. Pete will always sound like Pete, for example.
ОтветитьI want a “Try Not To Laugh” challenge with Lee where Pete has to use whatever gear he can find to make Lee laugh
ОтветитьI personally prefer the Behringer range as they tend to be direct clones of popular established pedals!
Some might be concerned because of their plastic construction but I’ve not yet had a problem with any of mine!
In the US we don't say dutch courage, it's liquid courage here
ОтветитьWhen's Pete gonna demo his SIG guitar?
ОтветитьNo.
ОтветитьOctave should usually go before Gain.... but still great demo!
ОтветитьWill you be reviewing/showing the new Sterling by Music Man lineup for this year? I would love to see you guys playing some of those guitars!
ОтветитьIs the Dutch Courage the world's first racist pedal?
ОтветитьYou guys crack me up... always enjoy your videos 'cause you have so much fun.
ОтветитьMore interested in the guitar, what is it 😎
ОтветитьYou guys are hilarious!! Ahahahaha!! Love it!! Keep the good stuff coming!
Ответить"Duthch courage" comes from William of Orange's troops being given a big slug of gin before going into battle. They'd fight anyone after that - if they could resist the urge to throw their arms around them and say "You're my best mate, you are".
ОтветитьNoel Gallagher used to do a lot of octave pedal stuff, with Oasis. You can hear him do it on “Morning Glory’ and ‘Champagne Supernova’.
ОтветитьI got concussion (by crushing) once for doing what you suggested, Pete - she was a Judo expert who lost control... Pete
ОтветитьI really liked the distortion pedal and the flanger, but thought the phaser didn't do enough.
ОтветитьI'm not that critical but this review made me realize I'd rather spend a little more
ОтветитьThe octave needs to be first and then the fuzz!!!
ОтветитьThat "T" style Chapman Guitar that Pete is playing looks way better than any Fender I have ever seen
ОтветитьDutch courage was actually made up by the English!
Back when the English and the Dutch were at war it became an insult to say the dutch were always drunk, and that it was the only reason they were brave.
At the time the Dutch were usually always a little drunk because they put alcohol in the drinking water to kill the bad stuff in the drinking water. This made them have a friendly and kind reputation with any country they, you know, weren't at war with.
I wish they'd do a shootout: cheap pedals vs (maybe) a Pod Go, or some such?
ОтветитьThe octaver with the fuzz sounded like one of the presets from a zoom 505, and I mean that with fondness 😉
ОтветитьReally like the bundles you are offering. Pretty cool!
ОтветитьThat Tongue is as wild as my Coloursound Tone Bender from the 70s 😊
ОтветитьPete is a great player.
ОтветитьI love cheap pedals. Now I have to get one.
ОтветитьI love cheap pedals. Now I have to get one.
Flanger was cool.
Dutch Courage, and other "dutch" phrases like bargains and concerts, originate in the anglo-dutch wars of the 17th/18th centuries. Given the popularity of Gin at the time, it's somewhat forgivable to mistake the phrase's association with Gin
ОтветитьComplete toooosh
Ответитьuh oh...
ОтветитьBro these are your own pedals! But in fairness you did say here’s our fuzz sound.
ОтветитьThis appears to be a rebrand of the Rowin product line. Is it worth the money, sure. I've owned most of the Rowin product. I picked them up from the factory in China at a huge discount...and can say the product does what you expect it to.
The point of this comment is that these aren't new. They are worth the money for sure..the paint is the only thing new. These pedals have been around for 5 years under many names.
Danish Pete was just a couple notes away from Sleep's Dopesmoker....
Ответитьtruly a new low...
ОтветитьI was hoping you would turn the dial on the fuzz to show its' range ???
ОтветитьDutch courage come from when the Dutch were smuggling vast quantities of cheap gin into the UK.... hence Dutch courage
ОтветитьWell i got robbed bought 2 of these and thats what i got no power supply no spltter ,guitar g robbers
ОтветитьCan I get a whooooo 👻
ОтветитьThey should disclose that their boss owns the company. I suspect this is the same kind of private branding thing Amazon and others do. They are all buying the same NUX boards and private labeling them.
Ответить
