hey, i was wondering if a Uni doesn't have an entertainment law course, what courses/ subjects should i opt for that?
also, is ip law and entertainment law in some ways similar? If one studies ip law can they qualify as an entertainment lawyer as well?

Yeah, I myself don't really get the law. At least not in this particular case: the "murder" of Dee Dee Blanchard. I mean, why is Gypsy Rose still in prison? It's obvious she's a really good--and remorseful--person. There's no need to keep her locked up until the ten years are up; she's not gonna kiII anyone if out. She only asked Nick to kiII Dee Dee because the woman was abusing and torturing her. More like self-defense than murder. So what direct purpose does her imprisonment serve, I want to ask her judge, or whoever the legally powerful person my question would properly go to. Why not a rehabilitation or therapy center for her and Nick? Why life for the guy, who has a severe intellectual disability and may not actually be "evil"? Why prison instead of the help the two obviously need? Meanwhile, I'm under the impression that the judge, detectives, and jury actually feel sorry for Dee Dee and think she deserves justice. They don't actually think this murder is dreadful, do they? Any murder is horrible and serious, but in this case, they merely defeated a villain, who had fire in her heart and will. Her mom is gone, and her stepmom luckily survived. Look it up. Anyone knowledgeable about law, please, please answer my questions
