I heard that with the RTS and Kranji Turf Club redevelopment, landed property prices nearby are expected to rise and are already trending upwards. Is this true?

Free the the Selat Tebrau from all dams. Make the Tebrau Strait a canal like Panama and Suez. The Johor causeway needs to be demolished and replaced with an undersea tunnel which will free up the movement of seawater. Do not create any obstacles in the Tebrau Strait.

Johor, Malaysia dianggap salah percaturan dan silap langkah dengan pembinaan projek RTS . Projek itu seharusnya di postpone (kiv) untuk memberikan laluan kepada pembinaan satu jambatan baru bagi mengantikan Tambak Johor. Pembinaan satu Jambatan yang baru perlu di segerakan memandangkan Tambak Johor telah terlalu tenat dan uzur.
