The instruction you gave was very clear in this video ,the Darth Vider sound ,bringing the chin a little forward, those small tips made a big difference for me. ОтветитьHi @Michael Bijker! Thank you for sharing wonderful teachings. I have seen various videos of advanced Indian yogis teach that the exhalation should go through the left nostril while covering the right. I am a bit confused. Could you maybe make it clear? 😊🙏
ОтветитьThank you very much for explaining..... Michael.

ОтветитьAn incredible wisdom, one I'm eternally grateful you've shared with us, Michael...I've been fighting depression and Trauma for the longest i've known myself, recently lost myself to a sudden, autoimmune disease (IBD) which felt like the last nail in the coffin. Now on a determined journey to take my health into my own hands, I'd love to take your teachings into habit and walk with it towards recovery. I believe in the human body and mind, the infinite potential it harbors more than anything, and I thank you dearly for teaching the importance of this breathwork, and guiding those who are in need of it towards growth and improvement.
ОтветитьWhy do I find this breathing exercise so hard? I don’t know how to constrict my throat. I need to do this for my thyroid. Please help.
Ответить🤍🤍🤍
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьSeveral years ago I went snorle diving and did really long Breath, where I would slowly let out my air which was very much like this breathing technique and I eventually got into a very deep peaceful State and I could hold my breath much longer but that was the only time in my life I ever was able to do it.
How long does it typically take to get into the next state and what could I possibly be doing wrong that is preventing me from entering this deep state of relaxation?
I try and try but I cant seem to get back to that place
I watch all your discourses on yoga, I love them all, my one question,if we do 100 rounds of ujjayi in the morning and 100 rounds in the evening is beneficial or harmful? awaiting your expert reply.
Ответитьis breath through mouth or nose or both
ОтветитьHello, how often and for how long should Ujjayi, Breath of fire breath and Kechari Mudra be done? Thanks
