I thought this place burned down in a recent 🔥.

There were some scenes to the 1976 TV movie, Helter Skelter(Manson family crimes), shot on the ranch.

Was there many times with my banjo for the aTopanga Canyon Fiddle and Banjo contest.

This all burned to the ground a few months after he visited, in the CA wildfires OCT 2018.

The dog was guarding the property. That was a lot of horse power going by there. I recognize the church and some of the other buildings from Doctor Quinn Medicine Woman. I remember watching it with my Grandma. Thanks for sharing this Adam. I hope you and Jordan had a great time there.

This whole set has since burnt down (church is still standing) Nov 2018. Yes it was a very big part of the production of West World. Adam, go back a get you scene pictures to verify which buildings were used.

This place burned down later in 2018 , along with a huge part of the mountains there.

were there were Horses for folks with excess coins to rent .. then ride into Town .. like the experience.. and camera the whole experience.. // do they rent horses for such use on site? I doubt they have made the move to know how to max the options for the tourists..

2nd time to watch this one. One of my favorite shows shot at that location was "Quickdraw" on Hulu. Funny western. It appears that church has been removed according to current satellite photos.

I love the fact that Jordan is in this video! He did a gone with the wind backlot video and set information just before the auction that's how I found his channel! The things you don't know even though you're a native Californian I kind of sort of wish I had discovered this earlier and I would have been able to see history in the making I love behind the scenes and I reverse engineer everything and this is the perfect place for it. Great Video Woo-ster, It may be 3 years old but its still very interesting. I think they may have shot some of the back round scenes from Island of Lost Souls in the 1930's. If that's the correct ranch.
