This is one of the best things that has happened to me in 2020! Some of the artists that you talked about might not be famous in an orthodox way but then who cares. People don't stop making wonderful food just cause they aren't on master chef.

I disagree 1,000% with almost everything you’re saying. A crack in the floor, balloons in a room,
purple dust, and complaining are not art. They are attempts by people with
little to no creative skills to do something that will garner attention and
hopefully money. They have no viable skills
so they “slide” into a field they think they can “do anything and it will be
art and people will pay for it.” This is the only reasons these non-creative
people do what they do. By calling “anything you call art,” Art, is completely disrespecting
Art and Artist. How do you call a mound
of dirt or a bike wheel art and call work by Jacques Louis David, Da Vinic, or Van Gogh? Ninety percent of
humans have no respect for what Pollock did as art or see him as an Artist, yet
they’d gladly take an original work of his-so they can sell it. It comes down to $$$. Most contemporary/non-art is bought for one
purpose: as an investment-not because it’s of high-ascetic achievement-which is
what Art is. Graffiti-when done well is “artistic.”
It’s not art. The same way some people are “craftsmen,” and not “Artist. Or an “artisan,”
verses “artist. PLEASE stop lying to and confusing the already-Art ignorant general
public that “anything you call ‘art’ is art.”
IT IS NOT!!! You sound like so many of (the mostly female) untalented people
who can’t do anything else, so they call themselves “artist.” ART does not need
non-Artist. As an actual Artist, I take all of this entire BS as an insult. PS,
note how many of the people commenting are female…hum???

I love how music does not appear amongst the 'major disciplines'...
