Ответитьblack is king, but there’s plenty of research on this… As long as you stay under 50 cal, you can’t break your fast with creamer. So a splash of milk is fine, according to the research. Anything over that, is risky!

ОтветитьI don’t do it intentionally but I use to weigh 155lbs at 5’1 and now I’m 120lbs. I lost 30lbs by not eating all day but I do take in my water occasionally yogurt or a banana( I don’t crave food during the day bc I have so much stress ) before I sleep is when I have a meal. It honestly can range from a cereal bowl to a steak I ordered. I feel like I enjoy all the foods I love but just not at the “times” everyone usually eats. It’s been a over a year since I lost the weight and haven’t gained it back. Of course I cook during the day but I lose my appetite after I’m done cooking and eat one or two bites and I’m full.

ОтветитьThis morning I squeezed lime in hot water and added a teaspoon of psyllium husk, I did not get hungry, I ate my meal because I've fasted for 23 hours, but wasn't hungry. But also it could be cause I have a cold.
Ответитьa person adding creme doesn’t understand what breaks a fast which is fundamental so it’s probably best to tell people what kind of food breaks fast.
ОтветитьI add a splash of low-fat milk to my coffee and it does a great job at suppressing my appetite. My dad and my boyfriend add a teaspoon of honey to their coffee, and it suppresses their appetite.

ОтветитьGreat tips. I've lost idk how much weight from occasional fasting. I find it's easier to do if you're okay with the discomfort of hunger and ofc eating lots of high fibre stuff like fruit and veg. So difficult to eat too many calories if you're eating whole foods. I'm not a big fan of keto, personally, but it works for others.

Fasting is a very good source of weightloss as it taps inro your fat storage. Very straightforward ans simple! ....however
Signs to take a break from any diet:
1.) pro-longed extreme tiredness
2.) emotional numbness.
3.) lack of joy in the things you love.
4.) dizzyness.
5.) getting sick easily or frequently.
6.) obsession or anxiety over the scales. (The scales only shows MASS. Not fat.)
7.) when you feel its right.
8.) when you find yourself binge eating.
9.) poor body image.
Dont let this comment deter you. Instead, push towards your goals, just stay safe champ!
