I’d fly over to Scotland with it and have Knopfler sign his cigarette burn. That would probably be the only guitar in existence with those two signatures, and that’s a couple of heavyweight signatures.

Drugs may do things detrimental to your health, but a befuddled mind is not one. Song writers take things as they are and write a tune.

I think to be true country singer you should have to play in shit bars for few years bar fights some time of hardcore addiction when the best songs are written

It was the mid 70'S. My dad had season tickets for the Cleveland Browns. During the preseason, after the game, they would have a concert in order to sell tickets. His partners didn't want to see a preseason game so he'would take me,because he didn't want to waste a ticket . After one game, a flatbed pulled out onto the field, and Waylon and Willie played a show. I wasn't even 10, but i can say i saw them. Also, The Beach Boys played one time too

Man I enjoy all of your videos but I absolutely love anything about Waylon!!! I was fortunate enough to meet Waylon in Vegas in the 90s at the Rio Casino, the Highwaymen were playing, Waylon talked to me and my Wife for about 25 minutes, he was absolutely the nicest Man you could evva meet, it was definitely the highlight of my life ❤!!!

Saw Waylon at The Ryman after a Jerry Lee Lewis show. He and Jesse were getting in a limo and he was bigger than life! After we lost Waylon, they had a garage sale at his house in Brentwood. That's a once in a lifetime experience! Thanks Otis!
