Zinaa chahay shadi ho ya na ho islam mein allowed nh hai kisi se relation rakhna except husband or wife..sirf husband ya wife k sath he physical relation banaa skte hein..other than that is TOTALLY HARAM İN İSLAM. Apko agar casual relationships bht bara gunnah nh laghta tou wo apki soch hai..islam clear hai apne rules mein. Aj kal larke larkiyon ko shadi ka wada kr k physical relation bana k chor dete hein isi wajha se manaa kia hai jb insan ki need beghair shadi k puri hgi tou koi shadi ku krey ga?? İslam khaandani nizaam ko maanta hai aur shadi zaruri hai agar gunnahon se bachna hai.

1. Shirk is the biggest sin.
2. Murdering an innocent human is the 2nd biggest sin in Islam.
3. Having sexual intercourse without marriage for any man or woman is the 3rd biggest sin. If a man or woman is married and still commits Zina then the punishment is double. But If a man or woman asks forgiveness from the heart and does not do it again, then ALLAH accepts his repentance and Allah promised him or her to forgive AND PLACE IN JANNAH.

When talking about tauba in relation to murder, the forgiveness is more about in the hereafter and eternal punishment. In this world, there are different types of punishments in Islamic law for murder such as death penalty, blood compensation or the victim's family might forgive, it depends on them what the victim's family wants. The conversation about tauba means that if the person sincerely repents, then he won't get eternally punished in hellfire. However in islam, along with rights of Allah (Huqooq Allah), there are also rights of creation (Huqooq ul Ibad). The judiciary punishment according to islamic law as described above come under rights of creation (huqooq ul ibad). After repentance and bearing the punishment in this world, the person won't be held accountable and punished for it in hellfire if he sincerely did tauba. Also tauba is not just a simple, casual, formality sort of seeking forgiveness especially with major sins. Remember that you can't trick and deceive God. Allah might even take away the chance of tawba from you. That's what happened for a long time with Prophet Yusuf's brothers. They thought that they would simply seek tawba after doing the heinous crime they did and Allah will forgive them because he is the most forgiving, the most merciful but they couldn't deceive God.

I really appreciate your interest in this. Naz'aa means the time of death just there. Islam holds strong logic as if you want to search anything regarding daily life as Islam is a complete code of conduct. Further Zinnah means Adultery or Fornication if someone commits it then the repercussions are disastrous in this world and the world hereafter until he does Tobaa.
