13 is the "name" of Jack's contact that talks to him through the ear piece. He is the one talking to Jack at that screen.

I would have given more attention to the vast quantities of blood and the interesting graphic style had I done been mesmerized by Jack's idle dance. Look at those hips swivel... @_@

@spore78 he did voice acting for Mugen from Samurai Champloo too if i'm not mistaken...and i think i'm wrong on this but didn't this guy do the voice master chief. It's hard to tell cuz he almost never speaks but i'm just throwing it out there.

@eugeniorokea yeah but one thing i'm not sure of is i think the same guy who master chiefs voice also did Mugen from Samurai Champloo.

these cutscenes are like the ones in dead rising, they are really common and can be really long

@Tantrash00 thats because it was developed by the same people that made it. clover studios. look them up, they made this, godhand, veautiful joe, and okami. they have just started working on anarchy riens, support it dude, its gonna be awesome.
