How interesting, I see a lot of similarities between this and chilaquiles, which is my favorite breakfast. There, the tomatillo salsa is usually flavored with chicken stock or boullion and poured on top of tortilla chips with a fried egg. Here the broth seems quite similar and the macaroni seems to serve the same purpose as the chips. I'll have to try it!

Very easy ! I will send to my nieces and nephew who are university students. This is inexpensive, easy and quick lunch.
