The black shadow lines on the steps. So many amazing details.

A bit of Japanese smart home (for tiny house) on steriods. The novelty wears off quickly when you have to walk so much around in a such narrow floor plan.

I just love the idea for the kitchen and the texture, it just matches the environment, it gives people that beach mixed with spa feelling :)

I’m absolutely in love with this home the only part of this house I can see being an issue for me as someone who really loves to cook would be that sliding wood paneling in the kitchen. Because I love a show piece kitchen

Is it iso inhumanly perfect, or it is just my idea? Looks great but how would you feel living in such a space? Does it sets a hard to reach and maintain standard in every aspect of your life? Man, no matter how high he reaches, is always tied down to earth. In this house there is nothing to remind this. Its decoration looks nice and is carefully selected and matched but this is because every bit of real life is missing. If the signs of a real family living there were present, all this beauty would be distracted , maybe severely, this is why you present it “empty of real life”. But this is meant to become a home with real life. Just some thoughts…

I fell in love with this cozy project! This communication with the sea translated into freedom, sophistication and harmony in details (I live in a coastal city of Brazil and i was enchanted with this house) I can't get enough of always taking a look at this video.

I am curious why most channels about architecture design don’t provide dimensions of the property/land. It’s an important information isn’t it? Appreciate more if such info is included and the layout of the property too

Why, in every video you’re in, do you touch door frames and walls, and run your hands over bench tops. It’s very distracting. I understand opening doors et cetera, but really it is over done.

Rutendo, the African governments do not have the backbone they are sellouts. They are hypocrites who are serving the American and European interest. They are helped by these nations to gain power. These African governments are told to ignore professionalism in all spheres of governance in order to weaken their countries. After this the USA and some European governments will then loot our natural resources very easy.

Love the clever design. The only thing I cant get over is the bathroom and bedroom being open plan. I really don't want odours in the bathroom coming through to the bedroom. I know home builders and architects try to promote this as 'resort style'. Well, this is a home, not a resort!

It's a beautifully designed home with plenty of smart features and lots of natural light. However, it is a young persons home. For an older person there are too many steps and levels.
