The only thing I would disagree with you on is Tigress vs. Tai Lung. Tai Lung doesn't win with Low difficulty, it's either with High - Extreme difficulty, or Tigress wins with Mid difficulty. I say this because how could Tai Lung defeat her with Low difficulty yet could defeat Alex the Lion with Mid difficulty even though Tigress is much stronger than him.
