Besides psichology, what is the purpose of not rounding out home prices. What does the sub 400 thousand dollar price change in any way?

There are some deals in this area $350~400K. Ruskin is too close to water. Wimauma has high tax/fee. Sun City is a nice place to be, but most houses are 2/2 for retirement. Grandkids, coming to visit, have to sleep in screened lanai if there is one.

Any home in Florida that’s north of $350k should automatically come with a pool

Can you honestly see yourself living there? Could an active male single adult feel comfortable living in the community?

I’ve never had any desire to live in an adult only community. Not until my daughter and her kids started living with me while they renovate a house they just bought. Now I get it.
