This is crazy I was just checking your channel for statistics and probability books!

Many years ago, when I was young, I studied statistics a lot by myself. I was simply in love with statistics, I relentlessly studied it for hours, till mid nights. Then professional life started, and I couldn't have enough time and energy and fell apart from my love. Missed regression, hypothesis tests, law of large numbers, normal theory, Chebyshev's inequality and others so bad.

I plan to dig through statistics by watching MIT videos. Am currently working through their probability course. Good stuff. Perhaps this book will provide support.

Do you have one for probability and statistics? Having a hard time in my college class, especially the probability part. Every time I think that I have I accounted for correct sample space and probability of events, there's always a little something that I miss.

I used the first edition of this book when I was a freshman for a advanced placement course.. However it was you, the book a pencil, and also a DEC 20 computer since they were just starting to use computers for some classes back then.

This is an excellent suggestion. It was recommended to me by my masters thesis guide (Industrial Engg). It was not just a refresher but a complete change of outlook on how I looked at statistics as a subject. By the way, the 4th edition of the book (2007 IIRC), is available readily. Highly recommended.
