Breaking Down the Story With Jesse Barron: What Happened Inside Ed Buck's Apartment

I appreciate Jessie’s mindful listening to community members throughout the process. That aside, the mega donor narrative is not meritless, IMO.

Jesse's opinions throughout the show were not derived through logic. His statements were more outlandishly ridiculously than the defense attorney's talking points.
Jesse's asserts that Michelle was probably lying about telling Conrad to get back in the truck is bologna. Anyone with half a brain cell can see that if she was just lying about telling Conrad to get back in the truck, then she would have said so in court. She would have talked about it in court, about how she was just looking for attention when she told Conrad to get back in the truck and how it wasn't true, but she didn't. She didn't refute the statement, because she SAID IT.
Jesse parroted the defense, in saying that she didn't commit murder. Um, duh, she committed MANSLAUGHTER.
Manslaughter is NOT murder.
Manslaughter is either when you kill someone accidentally and didn't mean to, nor had any intentions of taking a life but you did, OR when you could have intervened but chose not to.
Michelle is absolutely guilty of the latter. And one else who cannot see this, is clearly letting one organ or another interfere with their brain function & cognitive abilities.
She is guilty.
IMHO, the initial 12yr sentence was perhaps a bit long & the 11 months that she served seems a bit too short but she will have to live with it. Live with the constant anxiety & fear that she will get recognized and publicly scolded or worse. This anxiety & fear will stay far longer with her, than our memories of her & her atrocious deeds will stay with us. For that self-created anxiety, fear and pain shall weigh on her existence until the day she expires.

In the end she got and is getting what she deserves.
