Immortals Fenix Rising is an example of an underrated game cos' while many people talk about Zelda BOTW and TOTK, you hardly hear anyone playing or talking about IFR, even though its actually a pretty good game....

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is amazing, but you make it sound like it is a mere farming simulation game that is quite niche. Yes, the in depth farming simulation aspect is niche, but their is a ton of hardcore sidescrolling action with awesome play mechanics and combat too.
