Great videos. I have a question, in the clip with aviation 101 you had a in the ear headset. What make and model is it and are you happy with it?

I meant to reply the other day - The day you were headed north was the day I was flying (sure feels goo to write that) and guess was at PKV? A Skymaster. My instructor really wanted to fly it (I would too!) but the owner had moved. I think he said Oklahoma but I may be transposing :o) Looking forward to 2019

Welcome back! 🙂 A suggestion for your flight to West Coast is Sedona KSEZ. It is really cool being on a mesa. There is also a restaurant on the field and lodging (Sky Ranch Lodge) right next to the airport. It is a pretty modest place that overlooks Sedona.

550 upgrades?!

You have a great channel BP. The 337 is a great yet forgotten aircraft by many. It was used quite extensively as a low level scout and support aircraft (in Vietnam) that provided critical information for fighter jet combat missions. Namely for air to ground strikes. This was known as Forward Air Control (FAC). The 337 was called the O-2. Check out the movie BAT 21 (1988) starring Gene Hackman & Danny Glover.

Can you do a Video explaining why one would want a twin engine vs single engine plane. This is in light of the stats that show they are both about as safe as each other. There has to be more to justifying the 2x operating cost. BTW..I’m not a pilot...just a fan.
