My iPhone 12 workaround for Filmora 13

I have filmora 13 and my i phone use to up load pic/ videos to filmora and after a up date it don't any more. I have been driving my self crazy. i tryed your hack.... but there is no i phone on the menu to the left. It show that the i phone in there in filmore but the drop down menu or the menu does not see my phone.
