Garden State MLS Training - How to match our buyers' budgets using Advanced Search

In this free training video we begin by learning our clients' maximum budget as well as requirements for bedrooms and bathrooms for specific towns in Northern New Jersey. By using the Advanced Search feature on GSMLS.com we are able to filter our the results to meet our clients' needs and we can then email out or print results in a variety of report formats.

We also run a search to pull up recently Sold homes on Garden State MLS in order to see what houses are actually closing for in specific towns in both Morris and Passaic Counties. Finally we take a look at sold Stats by Municipality to draw conclusions about the current real estate market.
