Nelson Mandela Day 2019 | PPECB | Isiseko se Guguletu

Nelson Mandela day saw PPECB deliver an incredible impact where a beautiful and sustainable community garden was implemented and is already improving the lives of those within the Guguletu community through education. The gardens are managed by the grannies ensuring food security and income generation capabilities to provide much needed relief. The produce also feeds and nourishes the children in attendance on site at Siseko Educare where many of the elders descendants attend. We appreciate PPECB everyday for this incredible impact and allowing us to improve lives through education by hosting workshops on how to leverage the on site gardens sustainably. We send love to all volunteers from PPECB who were extremely proactive and full of energy. We are so inspired by what is possible when when we share the spirit of Ubuntu.
