I have lupus and fibromyalgia and endometriosis and have severe carpell tunnel at times that i got with my lupus and feel it's from something else but i can't imagine having them stuck in place like that! Your really brave about everything, I got to get a total knee replacement next month, nerve blockers in my back and end stage liver cancer and I act like a 12 year old about it all, not even close to what you go through on a daily basis.

What is splints?? Is it like a mental condition

this is what its like getting splints on when all the muscles are contracted and it’s impossible to open my hand at all. at the moment i can get my splint on because my hand isn’t totally tight like it was in the beginning of the flare up💞i had physio today and it went amazingly! i’ll tell you about it soon 🥰
