Leo is a good guy, I was a deputy at precinct two. The corruption in that precinct was horrible. I turned in my chief, two captains and two deputies, in fact i was on KSAT as well. I can tell you exactly who was corrupt when i was there. Garcia, COnstable FLores, Captain Jerry ReiFF. Chief Ford, and Deputy Wayne Dennis. Dennis was a guy who claimed he was retired Army, Retired NYPD LT. , Ranger, Special forces (i cant make this up) secret service and claimed he worked guarding the Clintons. In fact he still has all that on his FB page. The truth, Wayne Dennis was in the Army reserves and got kicked out for threatening to shoot all the Iraqi Civillians on his first motorized patrol out side the base, he was a truck driver for a support unit that picked up broken vehicles. He was a hospital security guard in New York and got fired for impersonating a police officer, and was one of the most abusive and complained about deputies in the precinct. I could write a whole book on Dennis and his lies. I got fired for turning in these people, They were forcing people to plead guilty on traffic warrants that hadn’t been adjudicated yet, they were stealing money and evidence, and falsifying reports among other things

The fact that he said he's in this situation because someone else thinks they're above the law means he thinks HE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
