It is crazy. I have been working as an Intern for an Affordable housing developer for the last two years. Knowledge really is power. Individuals really don't know about the affordable side of development. It is good to see light being shed on this! Very complex but very rewarding work.

I always wanted to be a real estate developer ...starting the civil engineering courses....i just want to help people ..i personally see how hard it is to find decent housing at a affordable prices...people just want a nice place to call home ..and i will do everything in my power to make this happen ...needed this video like i need food .😂😂😂😂thanks for the affirmation ..

I have 12+ acres zoned RM-10, with water and sewer available in an area that’s being gentrified. I want to develop garden apartments for seniors with HCV’s. I really enjoyed watching this video and learned more from it!

How is his company delivering the finished project as debt free? I don’t understand

Does his company have to pay back and pay interest on the 9$ million received from the bank for the $10 million in tax credits?

When he’s done developing his properties - does he then manage them as a property manager or does he hand the units over to someone else? He develops and manages properties?
