Thanks Paula, awesome trick.
ОтветитьThank You Paula !!
Ответитьnice solution, you need this if you want to sort this list with formulas.
If you have enough collums I would suggest: F2 = B2 + ROW()/10000 and then copy down. Now all the original values are different.
Thanks Paula!

ОтветитьURegarding this video there is a query. I do not want to assign 1 and 2 for same score. I want to keep them on ist position. And next series or rank should show as 2, 3, 4, and so on.... instead of 1,1,3...........I want to show 1, 1, 2 and so on what to do
ОтветитьThank you so much! So helpful!
ОтветитьWhat formula should I use to rank students of duplicate scores different on basis of another parameter, which must not be included in score?
For an example, if 2 students got same marks in exam the one with higher attendance will rank higher than the other.
Hi Paula, this is most amazing trick with COUNT-IF. I loved the use of COUNT-IF; where every time the the formula is copied, the range becomes cumulative from the first cell value to the current cell value. Not often such trick is used. Thanks for this wonderful video :)
