ОтветитьSeven Hills was once the most desirable and prestigious places to live in Spring Hill back in the early 90's, and its golf course was renowned.
It's a real shame that these developers are so greedy and money driven that they are buying up every ounce of land in Hernando County and building on it while destroying the surrounding areas and ruining nature.
People want to look at grass and wide open spaces, not buildings. If I want to look at buildings, I will move back to NYC.
Why don't they turn it into a community park for the residents, and charge money in the HOA or separately, make it a CCD community and have things that will increase homeowners values and make it more desirable.
There already is an assisted living facility right outside The Reserve. How many of these things do they think people need?!
